Since London

Our Heritage

Chapter One

London Origins

The story of Hardy's Interiors begins in London, where our great-grandfather first opened his shop on a quiet street lined with Georgian townhouses. With a keen eye for craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality, he built a reputation among collectors and homemakers alike.

His philosophy was simple: every piece of furniture, every decorative object, carries the spirit of the hands that made it. His job was to find those pieces and place them where they'd be cherished for another generation.

Chapter Two

The Florida Branch

Our grandfather carried the family tradition across the Atlantic, establishing an independent Hardy's Interiors in Florida. But he added something new to the family craft — a mastery of reupholstering and refinishing that breathed new life into neglected treasures.

Under his hands, a tired Victorian settee would emerge with fresh springs and sumptuous new fabric. A battered mahogany bureau would be stripped, repaired, and brought back to its original glory. He didn't just sell antiques — he restored them with the care of a conservator and the soul of an artist.

Chapter Three

The Next Generation

Today, we continue this legacy from Orlando, Florida. The world of antiques has evolved — we now source pieces from estate sales, auctions, and private collections across the Southeast — but the core values remain unchanged.

We believe in the beauty of well-made things. In the warmth that a vintage piece brings to a modern home. In the sustainability of giving fine objects a second life rather than consigning them to history.

Every item in our collection has been personally selected — held, examined, and approved — before it earns its place in the Hardy's Interiors family.

Heritage

Three generations of knowledge and taste inform every piece we select.

Craftsmanship

We appreciate the work of skilled hands, past and present.

Sustainability

Every piece rescued is a piece that doesn't need to be manufactured anew.
